At Rising Heights Academy, we’re always looking for ways to make communication with families more seamless and support your involvement in your child’s learning journey. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our new school app: the Rising Heights Academy App — designed with RHA families in mind.

This app puts everything you need in one easy-to-use place, so you can stay connected, informed, and organized throughout the school year. Whether you’re checking your child’s progress, submitting an absence, or paying tuition, the RHA app makes it easier than ever to manage your day-to-day school needs from your phone.

How to Set It Up

Getting started with the Rising Heights Academy app is quick and easy:

1. Download the App: Head to the App Store or Google Play and search for “Rising Heights Academy”. Look for the schools logo!

   
   

2. Log In: Use your existing Transparent Classroom login credentials. No need to create a new account — your information is already linked.

   
   

3. Customize Your Home Screen: You can tailor the app to fit your needs by rearranging icons, moving your most-used features to the top, and hiding tools you don’t use often. And if you change your mind? You can always adjust it later.

How to Customize Your RHA App

Tap and hold any button on your screen. Add or minus buttons that you like. Move your most useful buttons to the top.

When you're finished, tap the check mark in the top right corner.

What Each Button Does

You'll find a variety of buttons in the RHA app. Here are a few highlights we think you'll want to know about.

Transparent Classroom: This button will open up your TC and you can easily see the lessons and photos from each day. The app is connected right to your TC account for seamless access to track your child's learning.

Rising Heights Announcements: Be sure to subscribe to updates! Get notifications about upcoming events, field trips, and everything RHA.

Classroom Chat: Find your child's classroom and be sure to subscribe to updates! Get updates from teachers about your child's classroom events. Unsure what classroom your child is in? Here's the classroom names matching the grades and teachers:

Redwood Class: PreK/K with Ms. Lissa

Ironwood Class: Lower Elementary with Ms. Megan and Miss. Jenny

Spruce Class: Upper Elementary with Ms. Ray and Mrs. Oleson

Elm Class: Intermediate Class (coming soon)

Absence Form: Easily fill out an absence form for your child. No need to call or email us. But if you prefer to call or email, we have direct links to our office phone and email as well!

Testimonials: Want to share with us how RHA has impacted your child? Share a short testimonial with us to let us know! We have some simple questions you can answer if you aren't sure what to share.

Register & Parent Guidebook: Easily share the app with a friend (have them download the app and create an account instead of logging in with a TC account) to have them register their child, or register a sibling joining the RHA family for the upcoming school year. Find all the information about registering and tuition links as well. You'll also find a link to the parent guidebook in this button!

School Calendar: This button will take you right to our schools website the schools calendar to see all the holiday breaks.

Contact Us: Find our office phone number and admin email. As well as our address and directions to the school. Need to contact a specific teacher? Find all our classroom teachers emails in this button!

Tuition & Financial Aid Info: This button will take you to our website page that shares all the information about tuition pricing and payments. Easily explore your financial aid options in this button.

And so many other buttons all about RHA! Easily look up our team of teachers, different programs, links to our social media pages and our blog, or contact info for our school.

Coming in the future: tuition payments through the app! The app will eventually have direct access for you to make tuition payments each month. We are hopeful to have this fully functional by next school year. Download the app to be ready for this exciting development.
